docs(README): 更新 slim 和 max 版本说明

在 README.md 文件中添加了关于 slim 和 max 版本的警告信息，说明这些版本由于 latest 镜像的优化已被暂时搁置，可能存在 Bug，不建议使用。同时更新了英文和中文版本的内容。
